No. Save your energy for YOUR fight, it might be just around the corner?
A business challenge, a loved one falling ill, These are your fights, and how will we know? There won’t be any doubt, perfect clarity will arrive with no decision necessary, only pure action at the moment will follow. The feeling of absolute focus, no distractions, and something massive on the line or at stake brings a smile to our faces and a joy to completing the task.
Aaaah, Finally, this is what I was put here for!
News, Media, beam images and words of conflicts into our lives which come from far away and in doing so make them a part of our lives to be considered, deliberated, experienced…
What do we want?
Pray for the peace of course, but we all individually have to expect challenges, battles along the way in our own lives, and no one can avoid it in this life. Peace or Perfection only lasts but a moment.
Actually, the Russo-Ukraine War began in 2014. What were we doing then? Not even managing viral pandemics back then. Why is it suddenly our fight now?
My Boss hints at “Insta- mind”, and that has a lot to do with it. To populate our mental bandwidth with news or information forms our reality given so much of our attention is taken up with smartphones and devices.
To make this battle in Ukraine our fight, even if we are not there, is not that hard given the way we all function day to day nowadays. We can suffer for the Civilians in Ukraine from afar, thanks to our connectivity.
Moving on
Actually, OUR fight is already in front of us, for most of us, our fight is NOT in Kiev. Is it supporting our children with their homework? Is it starting to take care of our bodies better? a 10-minute walk, Change of diet, Is it cutting a long-term business relationship that has not worked out the way we planned? Helping out local problems whatever they may be would be a better use of our time than fretting about evil going on afar.
I don’t know exactly what your fight is – but you do.
